Fit Femme Boot Camp
Women on Weights (WOW)
A 7-week program run exclusively through the UM Sports Centre (USC) Maastricht, this small group program helps women learn proper exercise technique and execution, busts myths surrounding women and weight lifting, and helps women discover their true strength and confidence in the gym.
