If you really keep pushing yourself through the 3 minute AMRAP you're going to be so happy when you're done. And if you don't have any bands at home, no problemo - just check out the mods in the corner of your screen and just try to keep your body moving the whole workout.
This is pretty advanced stuff, so if you're new to HIIT training make sure you take frequent short breaks during the work period, and hit the pause button to take a longer break in between the super sets if you need to.
