You have the best intentions to stay on track with your New Year's resolution to go to the gym, but major work dead lines have taken over your days and you feel you don't have the time .
You know that your nutrition needs some improvement, but there are cookies at work (your fave!) and it's Friday....you'll start with better choices on Monday.
You find yourself in the dreaded SLUMP - unmotivated, unenthusiastic, and unsure of how to get things moving forward again in the right direction.
And I'm no exception. The last few months I struggled to "find time to go to the gym", I was less mindful with my nutrition, and my blogging came to a grinding halt because I was unsure of how to reach back out to you after being away for so long. Even the best of us fall off the wagon from time to time.
Luckily, the 3 simple strategies I'm going to share with you today were the catalysts that helped get the ball moving again, and sparked enthusiasm & motivation in me again. I'm hoping that they can do the same for you!
